We found a place to live in Colorado Springs! After a month of looking online and spending a few days and long hours in Springs, we found our new home for the next year. We sign the leasing contract on Friday and then move in Saturday after running a 5k race for a Dakota Ridge High fund raising effort. What Mike likes most about this place is that it has a wood burning fireplace and it's more than double the size of our Salt Lake apartment for a few dollars more a month. Good deal!
We really are looking forward to our move and start life in Colorado Springs together. Justine comes home from BYU as a Graduate on Friday. Our first date night in two months. Congrats to Justine for graduating. We're all proud of you.

1st Congratulations to Justine on making it through School. That is a huge accomplishment in and of itself.
2nd Congratulations on finding a place to live from the pictures it looks like a very nice place and should be WAY more comfortable than your cozy little place in Salt Lake.

wow. nice place !! make sure to send a picture after you guys move in !! it's always fun to see before/after pictures.. i'll have tons of those after we finish our house... i need to mail you the books.. i'll do that next week, hopefully.. life is just CRAZY righ tnow..
What a cute apartment. I know the feeling. Brian and I couldn't get ANYTHING in CA, then we moved out here and got to brag to our friends in CA about how nice our apartment was and cheap at $525/mo. Of course we got to brag a lot more when we got a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1728 sq ft two story house on oversized lot backing to ravine/forest for only 103,000! And yes I-cheap-A is right! My husband was surprised how much stuff he actually liked there .. ha!
