Fireflies never lose their magic. Seeing them just give you that giddy kid excitement and it still hasn't gotten old for us. This year the fireflies have been incredible! Our backyard is filled with fireflies each night.
For our 9th anniversary Michael and I went to dinner then on a walk to the high trestle bridge at dusk. It ended up being one of our most romantic dates ever! We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful walk hand in hand while thousands of fireflies flickered in the trees.Literally, thousands of fireflies! As we got to the bridge we were greeted by this amazing sunset...
... then saw the bridge lit up at night.
Such a beautiful night to celebrate the beautiful life we've built together. Nine years down, eternity to go!
