Today I want to write about my sweet wife. I want her to know that she means the world to me, and that I love her. Justine, I am so glad you came into my life. You've brought much joy and happiness. I have chosen you and I love my Choice. Who knows where I might be without you. Kiara and I have both been greatly blessed because of your amazing spirit, love, kindness and motherly-like personality. You are the strength of our family. You light up our home with your radiant smile coupled with your beautiful eyes. I know that our kids will have the greatest mother in the universe. Thank you for being you. My Wish for you....

"
I hope the days come easy and the moments pass slow,
And each road leads you where you wanna go,
And if you're faced with a choice, and you have to choose,
I hope you choose the one that means the most to you.
And if one door opens to another door closed,
I hope you keep on walkin' till you find the window,
If it's cold outside, show the world the warmth of your smile.
But more than anything, more than anything...

My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
Your dreams stay big, your worries stay small,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
And while you're out there getting where you're getting to,
I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too,
Yeah, this, is my wish.

I hope you never look back, but you never forget,
All the ones who love you, in the place you left,
I hope you always forgive, and you never regret,
And you help somebody every chance you get,
Oh, you find God's grace, in every mistake,
And always give more than you take.
But More than anything, yeah, more than anything...

Yeah.

My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to,
Your dreams stay big, your worries stay small,
You never need to carry more than you can hold,
And while you're out there getting where you're getting to,
I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too,
Yeah, this, is my wish."

Last week was fun. Justine "walked" early, she'll officially graduate in August. Also graduating were Alicia (Mike's sister) and Erin (Mike's cousin). So it was quite the family gathering. All of the girls graduated from BYU. Our collection of graduation pictures is not that great. Even Kiara got in on the graduation fun.
Today was a fun day. Before Mike and Justine, my owners, had to go to work today, I got to go swimming with my friend, Akila. We went swimming in the Jordan River by the doggy park I love to go to. Normally I go swimming by myself, but today Akila's owners, Josh and Lisa, came up for a visit and had a picnic with us. I'll never forget my day swimming with my BFF. Akila is about a month older than I am and she's a beautiful golden retriever. It was her first time swimming today. I think she had a grand time.

Yesterday was a fun day. We took Kiara to the park to go swimming again. Now she expects to get wet every time we take her to the park. After taking Kiara to the park, Justine and I went to our friend's mission farewell talk at her home ward. It was a really good talk about sharing the faith and keeping covenants. After church we went and had dinner at her home. Her mom is one of the best cooks I know. Since I've known Becca, I've learned some really cool cooking skills. I look forward to her mom's cooking every time I get the chance to go to her home.

Well, Becca, so long. God be with you till we meet again. Keyaya will miss you when you're not visiting our home. Hope that Peter doesn't learn Kiara's name anytime soon. Keyaya is fun. :) Enjoy your mission. See you in a year and a half.

This week has been an amazing week. First it started out with Kiara going to the doggy park. It was closed but there were several dogs outside. We walked across a bridge over the Jordan River and we wanted to see if Kiara would go swimming. She LOVES swimming! In fact, she almost pulled Justine into the river with her because she was still on the leash. I should have had a video or at least some pictures of Kiara's first day swimming. Since then we've gone to the park for a swim two other times this week. Our good friends, Tom and TediAnn Wilson (and their kids, Todd and Tami) invited us over for dinner on Sunday night. We had chicken cordon bleu for dinner with a jello/pineapple ring dish that was really yummy. Justine, as always, craved after the homemade rolls. After dinner, we played a game called "Donkey". Some of you might know the game as "Spoons". I lost and turned into a Donkey. After Donkey, we played "Crazy Neighbor". I think "Uno" copied Crazy Neighbor. It was a fun time. We enjoy the Wilsons' company very much.

The rest of the week has been very peaceful with many beautiful days. The end of the semester is near. Justine will be walking for her "graduation" at the end of the month. She really graduates in August. Hopefully she gets into Physical Therapy school in Denver. I hope she does. She's been looking forward to it.

Time to get back to work. Hope all is well!

Another Poem - was in the mood to write one day

Takin a walk on the back roads
Dressed in Friday best and my cowboy hat
Off to the carnival and the dance floor
Doin the two-step while the dog barked in tow

It was ladies' choice as I was leavin
Folks hootin and hollerin, I made my way
There she was, 'tween me and the door
She asked me for one dance

Perty girl like that, howd'ya say no
She smelled like mama's bread as she
Put her head on my chest
I had to give'er a chance

She aint no high maintenance woman
Makes me a better man
I remember that night I wore Friday best
So glad I didn't say no

Poem - No Title

Home is where our story begins
Pa worked at the factory
Ma made jam and took care of the garden
Worked hard to keep the American Dream

Times got hard, Pa lost his job
Money wasn't comin' our way
Bank's knockin on the door, like a mob
Kickin us out, but we'll always know

God don't make mistakes
He ain't the kind to leave you alone
He'll give you fire and food on your plate
It's His gift to give

Pa and Ma was just tryin to provide
Bank understood these were terrible times
On our knees, our tears couldn't hide
We always knew He is always there

6.23.07 - Denver Colorado Temple
Today, Justine and I saw my brother TJ and my sister Alicia in Provo. We had a bbq and hung out for a few hours, catching a break in our day to visit with each other. It was Justine's first time meeting TJ, who had been away on his mission almost the whole time we've known each other. It was fun to see family again. Alicia and Mom might come out to Denver for an Ice Skating Competition that their students might compete in. I hope they do.

I'm at work right now. It's boredom to the max right now. I'm just glad that I'm working on my licensing for Real Estate and that is my ultimate goal, finding the right home for people and create an atmosphere of enjoyable living.

Gotta get back to work, thought I'd give a hello.

Justine's at work on the 2nd floor. We're not allowed to go on each other's floors. Bummer.
